Exchange and return

Returns to our e-commerce warehouse only apply to items purchased on LevarelFreipons.com . Once we have received your return, we will refund the money to your payment method. If you want a new or different item, you must place a new order.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation.

How to return:

Register the return online via the return link in your order confirmation email that you received when your order was shipped from our warehouse.
Use the return address label that came with the package.
The return shipping cost is 39 SEK and will be deducted from your refund.
The money will be refunded to the payment method you used when purchasing when the return is sent to our e-commerce warehouse.

If your order was delivered to your home, Instabox or an agent:

Send the return back to us with the enclosed return label.
When shipping with Instabox, you can leave the return in any Instabox. Attach the included return label and follow the instructions in the message from Instabox.
When shipping with Airmee, the return will be picked up directly by Airmee without a return label. Follow the instructions from Airmee via email or text message.

Invoice

In the event of an unpaid invoice, we recommend that you log in to Klarna's website to extend the due date and avoid reminder fees. Once the return has been registered with us, you will see the updated amount on the invoice. If you have paid the invoice, Klarna will contact you for a refund and send a new invoice for any return shipping.

Return policy

The goods must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, with all labels still attached.
You are responsible for any loss of value if the item is handled beyond what is required to assess the item or if parts are missing or damaged.
Underwear with broken packaging cannot be returned.
In the event of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, we are responsible for the return shipping.
