Refund policy

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through levarelfreipons.se.
We at Levarel Freipons want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following explains your rights to return, refund, and make complaints in accordance with Swedish consumer law (Distance Selling Act and Consumer Sales Act).
1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
We also offer an extended 30-day money-back guarantee to give you extra flexibility.
The right of withdrawal applies to all items, including those purchased on sale or at discounted prices.
2. How to Make a Return
If you wish to return an item purchased from our webshop, please follow these steps:

Go to your Order History and register the products you wish to return.
If you placed your order as a guest or without logging in, use the return link included in your receipt email. -
Once registered, follow the return instructions provided in the confirmation message.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and price labels attached.

Underwear with opened or damaged packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Shipping Fee
A return to our warehouse costs 49 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund.
If we have made an error in your order or if the product has a manufacturing defect, we will of course pay the return shipping.
See section 6 β Complaints for more information about defective items.
Returns are normally processed within up to 20 business days after we receive the parcel.
4. Exchanges
We unfortunately do not offer direct exchanges for other sizes or products via the webshop.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund and can place a new order for the desired items.
5. Refunds
Refunds are always issued through the same payment method used for your original purchase.

Card payment: the money will be refunded to the same card/account used at checkout.

Klarna invoice: the invoice will be updated once the return is processed. You can also register your return with Klarna to pause the invoice.

Klarna direct payment: Klarna will refund you as soon as we have processed the return.
Please note that the 49 SEK return fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Complaints (Faulty or Incorrect Goods)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you have the right to make a complaint within 3 years from the purchase date, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
To submit a complaint:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
If your complaint is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Free repair of the product,

Replacement with a new item, or
-
Full refund, including any shipping costs.
For approved complaints, Levarel Freipons covers all return shipping costs.
7. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Underwear or personal items with broken seals or opened packaging.

Items without original tags or packaging.
8. Returns via Instabox
If you received your order via Instabox, simply attach the included return label to the parcel and follow the instructions in the text message or email from Instabox to register the return.
