As a member of Levarel Freipons, you get free shipping on purchases over 299 SEK.

Normal delivery time is 1–3 working days. During sales periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Track packages

If you were logged in or created a user account when placing your order, you can track your order on My Pages.

Pick up in store

When delivered to our stores, your package will be held for 7 days after you receive a text message or email confirming it is ready for pickup. Packages not picked up after 7 days will be registered as returns, and you will be credited the order value on your invoice or refunded to your payment card.

PostNord – Delivery to agent

Packages delivered to a PostNord agent will remain there for 7 days before being returned to us. A return shipping fee of 100 SEK will be added. These orders are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Instabox – Delivery to Instabox parcel lockers

Delivery time with Instabox is 0–2 days. Packages remain in the locker for three days before being sent back to the Instabox warehouse. You can then order a new delivery to the same or another Instabox locker within 10 days at no extra cost.

PostNord – Home delivery with courier

If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information, a return shipping fee of 100 SEK will be added. These orders are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
